Rose Garden Apartments, Albany >>
The Rose Garden Apartments is a major development covering over 2ha of metropolitan Albany. At completion the development will provide over 800 apartments.
The apartments in Stage 1 are up to 7 storeys. KGA worked integrally with the design team on the site formation works and basement design for the Resource and Building Consents. With a 5m excavation required for the basement, KGA carefully addressed its effect on groundwater movement and drawdown. During construction, KGA undertook site observations for foundation piling and the perimeter bored pile walls.
