A detailed subsurface investigation was undertaken for the development of a 91 Lot residential subdivision.

The site formation work included the placement of up to 16m depth of fill, which graded down into the existing gully as a reinforced soil slope (RSS), designed by KGA.

Construction monitoring was undertaken throughout the site formation works and RSS construction, and final certification in the form of a geotechnical completion report was provided.
